I love a good steak. To be honest, the idea of eating salads does not appeal to me much. In this recipe though, I get the best of both worlds. We have the healthy aspects of the salad, the lettuce and other fresh vegetables, but we also have slices of steak on it as well. Sirloin is a pretty lean cut of beef so it does not add too many calories. We also have the addition of the pasta which adds body to the salad and makes it more substantial. I also like the addition of your favorite BBQ sauce, when also adds to the overall flavor.
I think this recipe looks great and I will be making this very soon. You should give it a try yourself and let me know what you think. Enjoy!
